High Performance Coaching

High Performance Coaching covers all areas of life , relationship, creativity , habits work , sport etc .It is a programme that week by week we work through addressing issues and topics that you may never have thought of which take you to new and exciting discoveries. It is the ultimate form of mind setting , taking control , finding out what motivates and challenges you so you can understand your strengths and know exactly where to focus your energy.

a) Sports
I doubt there are many professional sports men or women who do not understand and utilise the benefits of choosing your mindset to gain an advantage over their opponents.

Whatever your sport is, whatever you need to improve and work on, it will be improved by visualising your sporting goals, removing any negative thoughts and allow you to focus on what you need to do.

Not only will you be able to achieve your goals but surpass them.

Sporting success is all about focus and hypnotherapy allows you to focus on what matters, when it matters.

I can accept failure, everyone fails at something. But I can’t accept not trying. To be successful you have to be selfish, or else you never achieve. Michael Jordan

b) Work /life

I am a life coach, experienced manger and can bring practical and compassionate knowledge to the sessions.

So many people (myself included) have  sleepwalked through work on occasions, either failing to fully achieve or quite often, simply being miserable.

We tend to build up invisible shields which we think are protecting us when they are in fact holding us back.

59% of UK adults acknowledge that they suffer from some degree of work placed stress which leads to harmful mental and physical effects. Let me help you avoid this.

If there is a particular person, activity, memory of an incident, or a particular fear (presentations, public speaking etc) I can  completely change that in a couple of sessions freeing you to move forwards.

Often it is about seizing the initiative and realising that whilst we can’t control other people, we can control our reactions to them and I will show you how to make those changes.

Comparison is the killer of joy. Theodore Roosevelt.
